We are building an Augmented Reality Chat BOT that is a Digital you who would have your personality, a best friend, a memory of yours, creating a positive uplift in all aspects of your life by making useful recommendations that is fun with emotions. Your role will be to take ownership of the chatbot Content architecture working in partnership with designers, engineers, and product managers. You will develop and iterate on hundreds of conversation types to ensure effortless and delightful interactions. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of Chat BOT, users with varied personas, human emotions and analyze interactions for the chatbot. You will also identify and implement ways to improve the responses and surrounding experience ensuring that each conversation is as effective and satisfying. In this role, you will work with a team responsible for building use cases, scenarios, dialogues, and discussions to help train AI technology about the elements of human conversation and behavior. If you have a passion for social psychology, social persuasion, behavioral economics, choice architecture, and information architecture this might be yours to take part in something unique. Responsibilities include: qualitative and quantitative analysis, research plan development, project management, as well as building uses cases and discussion guides.
