We are looking for an experienced creative writer that loves writing content! As a CX expert, your primary role will be to think from the perspective of the user and determine how our conversational chatbot can be designed to engage in multiple conversations about the human experience and provide psychological and spiritual knowledge to our users.
Additionally, the CX expert is a leadership role that will
1.) Define the content department's future direction, standards, and best practices
2.) ensure the research and engineer teams are aligned with the content department’s project objectives and goals
3.) project manage a team of copywriters.
